Hi,

I seen that my bot had actually answered a lot of questions. However. I seen that all questions are being Abandoned.

How can I deal with it?

What is Unengaged, Abandoned, Escalated & Resolved? In what situation will each state be triggered and how do I better use them?

I suspect your agent doesn't end with a formal End of Conversation action. That's why you are getting them all as Abandoned. You can read about the specific definitions of the statuses here: Measuring agent outcomes - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

Do you mean that for every topic I will need have to End Conversation? I am current setting each topic to End Current Topic instead of End Conversation

If so how about those topic answered by the new individual agent I created as most questions are now answered by these agent already.

If a topic doesn't lead eventually to an End Conversation then the Topic will get listed as Abandoned. That's the definition. Its a Topic that responds to a user but never finishes the Conversation. So Yes, each Topic should end with an End Conversation or a Redirect back to a central Topic that has an End Conversation.
