Icon needs OnSelect Property

I have added an icon but it doesn't have the OnSelect property. The other icon I have does have it. Is there a way to make icon selectable?

You can overlay a transparent button on the icon

To state the obvious. Your first screenshot is on the Display tab. Your second screenshot shows OnSelect on the Advanced tab. Or just use the property dropdown in the upper left instead of the panel on the right. You are just on the wrong tab.

I think it has to be a 'Classic/Icon' for OnSelect. I copied my other icon and it worked. It's not the wrong window, OnSelect does not show up in the Advanced tab. Could this be an update?

You are correct. Modern control Icons are no longer interactive. You get this notification when adding them to a canvas app.
