Hi ,

I have created a bot using copilot studio and it is working as expected.
But could find any option to integrate bot with powerapps.

Then I create a bot through powerapps, but getting below error while testing.

Hey. To integrate a Copilot bot into a canvas app, go to the app's Settings > Copilot, see below.

Please note that this feature is still in preview.

@KeithAtherton , Thanks a lot for your response.

Already integrated a Copilot bot into a canvas app, go to the app's Settings > Copilot. Able to see the copilot on the browser and its working fine as expected.

But my question was how to customize the copilot control with custom copilot bot created in copilot studio. I was getting the error when edit the copilot by clicking on the "Edit" from properties(please refer the below screen shot)

Hey. Thanks for the follow-up. Do you have details on the error you're experiencing?

@KeithAtherton , thanks for your response.

I am not getting any error but the chat response is not correct. Is there any other configuration we needd to do except the data source?

We opened a ticket with Microsoft about issues using the Copilot Component.

After a month of meetings and discussions we were told "It is in preview and is not to be used in production. It won't be fully operational until May 2025"

There was a Insert - ChatBot option previously which worked great.
Unfortunately, Microsoft has removed that from the Insert menu.

We luckily had captured the code for the Chatbot Component and Microsoft has told us that is the only work around for now.
Here is how to use it.

Make sure your Power App and your Copilot Agent are in the same Power Platform Environment.

Here is the code that you will use( make sure to copy it all):

    - Chatbot:
        Control: Chatbot
        Properties:
          EnvironmentId: ="ADD YOUR ENVIRONMENT ID"
SchemaName: ="Add your Copilot's Schema name"
          Height: =602
          Width: =555
          X: =372
          Y: =65

In your Power App, click on the screen, then the ellipses - Paste - Paste Code:

Which will add the Chatbot to your App.

Next, add your Power Platform Environment ID

Then, on the righthand side, click the "Schema Name" Link:

Select your Agent from the List:

And now your agent is in your Power App and you can customize the look as you'd like:
