Passing dynamic value into powerbi tile

Hi Reader,

 

I'm using powerbi tile and I'm passing custom parameter for filtering the value. but i don't what i'm doing wrong here. it doesn't giving me the results. but the same url is giving filtered results in powerBI dashboard
