Why agent no response after question in teams

Hi,

I am new for Agent and copilot studio. I created a very simple agent and published to Teams channel. I can see the agent in Team. But after I put the question, there is no responses. It works fine in the test. Not sure why and don't where I start to diagnose the issue.

Anyone can help here?

Hi @LZ-24072101-0,

Go to teams admin and verify the APP is not blocked. Beyond that, check the next two options below Manage Apps, Permission policies and Setup policies.

Hi,

Can you please confirm that you are accessing agent in any channel or as a one to one chat.

I experienced similar situation where agent didn't responded from a team channel. But works well in a chat.
