First, make sure your form has an ample amount of columns to support the widths that you have and want.  Default is 3.  More control of placement would be with 12.

Change that first since your field is right after the one that you want it next to.

You're not really changing the order of the fields in your case - just the location/placement.  So the above should give you what you need.

However, in the future, if you really DO want to move a field to a completely different order in the list of fields, then in the form, open the Edit Fields and then drag and drop the field in the field list.

I hope this is helpful for you.

I've tried what you mention. it is set at 3 columns wide.

I have even deleted every field and each that form field wants to be at the current location.

I have even made it smaller etc. but no luck

Did you change the columns from 3 to 12 as mentioned??  Also, turn off the snap to columns.  If no luck with that, turn the snap back on and it will cause the form to re-layout.

Well I tried both things, but then realized that there is a column hidden under the empty space.

now I got to figure out how to do another set of logic....

Yes, a hidden column would impact the layout as you see it.  What is the purpose of the hidden column and can you just move it to the next location?

yes, working on the new location for the  info box.

I will just add...the Edit Form interface in PowerApps is pretty weak.  There is only so much you can do with it.  BUT, the good news is, you can use the form without using the interface that it provides.  So, if you get to a "stuck" point and there is no way around it, you can always give it your own interface.
