I've run in to an issue with permissions. We have two custom permission levels: Super User and Base User.
I created a form which has a lookup for Active Users, but Base Users are unable to select and change the lookup field (greyed out). I attempted to create a separate dropdown with some business rules to change the lookup, but this workaround didn't work due to the permissions issue.
I've had a good Google for a solution and looked at the long list of permissions, both with no joy. Does anyone know the permission to allow users to change Lookup fields and save the record?

@SurreyILC Have you tried logging in as both a basic user and a super user? Is/are the column(s) in question disabled for both types of users or only one? Have you verify that it's not a business rule or some javascript on the on form that is disabling the field rather than security? Or has the column been made read-only in the control's properties on the form designer? Or does the column have Column Level Security enabled?
