Authenticate Manually

I have created a copilot in Copilot Studio but having trouble with manual authentication. Manual authentication requires Client id and Client secret. I have generated a new client secret to replace a wrong old one. On saving, the system does not update and returns to the old existing one. I have cleared my browser passwords several times but has not worked.
Please help urgently.
