Mandatory combo box is filled but I cant submit form

Hello I have a Power App, with a form connected to a dataverse table.

 

One of the combo boxes (fields) is mandatory and even though the user fills the field, the app doesn't recognize it as filled so I can't submit the form. 

 

The type of the column that is filtered and responds to the items property is "choice" which formula is 

 

Filter(CatonBBDD, 'Comunidad Autonoma ' = DataCardValue8.Selected.Value) // and the dropdown works perfectly fine.

The formula of the button to submit is 

 

SubmitForm(Form1). 
 
Does any one knows whats preventing the form to be able to be submitted?

    Each card in a form has an "update" property which tells the form what value to submit for that particular field. If the card was unlocked and the default control was replaced, it's possible that the Update property is blank, which would cause the behavior you're seeing.
     
    To check the update property, select the card (not the dropdown), and in the properties panel on the right, switch to the advanced tab and scroll down and find the "Update" property. It should point to the "selected" property of your dropdown.
