It didn't resolve the problem, it just showed that others are having it as well.
Hi, I have similar query as @mscherotter , I wish I can edit the sentence "Go ahead. I'm listening."
I want to add "(Please type any keywords of your query)".
The Fallback system doesn't include this feature. Kindly advise. Thanks.
