To retrieve the last 30 items created in a SharePoint list using Power Query, you can achieve this as below:

1 - Open Power BI or Excel and go to Data > Get Data > OData Feed

    2 -
    https://<your-site>.sharepoint.com/_api/web/lists/getbytitle('<ListName>')/items?$orderby=Created desc&$top=30

a - Replace https://<your-site>.sharepoint.com/ with full address to your SharePoint site. It can be in format http:s//<org>.sharepoint.com/sites/<sitename>
b- Replace <ListName> with the name of your SharePoint List.
