Microsoft authenticator app issue

Hi,

Please help me guys I am stuck in this error more days. When I open Azure AD in PowerApps it asks Microsoft authenticator app, but problem is my old mobile not working I haven't used my mobile also I couldn't open PowerApps account in Microsoft authenticator app my new mobile.

when I open it asks (open your Microsoft authenticator and approve the request) I think it sent my old mobile, but I couldn't operate my old mobile.

 

How can I open Azure AD please help me.

    Do you have access to your microsoft account? If yes you can go to security settings and add new sign-in method like message to a phone and disable authenticator.

    What do you mean Microsoft account. I have PowerApps account like

    I open bala.vignesh@kuralconsulting.com Microsoft account then I go to security setting page. Then select Advanced security option.  I add my mobile number via Add a new way to sing in or verify. But there is no disabled authenticator app. Please help me what can I do

    You can press delete for the authenticator app once you add another way to sign in.

    I couldn't go to security info. If I click security info it asks open Microsoft authenticator app and approve. any other solution please help me

    If you're not logged in to your account in any device or don't have any other sign-in method registered, then I'm afraid you have to contact community support of Microsoft or your organization IT-admin. Two step authentication is meant to protect your account from malicious people, so in order to log in you have to prove somehow that you are the account owner. 

     I believe that community support could help you. They usually reply within 24 hours and are very helpful.
