I have 2 very difficult question

Hello,

 

So let's start with question 1:

I want to give certain people an access to certain topics inside 1 bot, for example:

I want managers to be able to look up a topic, but normal agents can't look up that topic and it doesn't get recommended to them nor they can look it up.

 

Question 2:

I want the bot to send massage to all users as the bot it self

for example I have an update for the company that I want the bot to send it to the agents.

    For the first question:

    For your second question, This seems more suitable for Power Automate. You can use it to send messages to users as the Flow Bot - https://365community.online/microsoft-teams-flow-actions-post-a-message-as-the-flow-bot-to-a-user-youtube

    Thank you very much for the fast response, I am pretty sure you have a flow that mention you every time someone post here, that how fast you were.

     

    But here is the thing, I have 2 bots, 

    First bot is set for a specific updates:

    Circulares for example.

    The 2nd bot is set as HR:

    To send HR announcements.

     

    I don't want flow to send an update as flow, nor as the user which will send all updates as flow.

     

    I want the HR bot to send HR announcement as HR bot, if that make sense.

    I see your point.

    One way I have dealt with this, is by using a “Service Account” as the Flow connection. This way the message or email gets sent I by the service account.
