Hi all,
This might be a silly question. I work for a huge company and have just started to make a chatbot available for my teams. However I can;t for the life of me figure out how I can have other users collaborate on my bot. I can't just simply add them to the bot.
I have to make a security group and even if I do those users added to the Teams group don't have access to edit and modify the bot.
Does anyone have any experience on this matter? I feel like I am the first in my organization to make use of this bot...
Thanks!
@micchow , i did this and this is the correct answer.
Thanks!
@TomDDD all team owners of the team that the bot is created in has full edit permission for the bots. You can create a 'bot dev team' and make all users that need to author the bot owner of that team to achieve it.

Inside Teams for that particular bot yes, you are the only one who can edit it. For bots in the regular web version of PVA there should be coauthoring. But that requires additional licensing.
@Pstork1 oh man, so I am the only one who can add/edit/delete topics in the bot?
AT this point there is no coauthoring possible for PVA bots in Teams. Its my understanding that MS is working on that, but its not possible at this point.
