Dataverse Solution Git integration issue for deleted items in the solution

After deleting solution component ( for example attribute), its not showing in Changes in Dataverse source control screen to commit.

    Same here, completly useless functionnality that will break a solution more than help! I have to manually edit files in git repos and remove objects, commit and then pull in Dataverse.
