How to let co-owner of the app also receive a notification when someone request access to the App

Hello community,

does anyone know where and how I can change the setting so a co-owner of the PowerApps can also receive a notification e-mail when a new user requests access to the PowerApps?

Your best bet would be to use some of the ingredients from the Centre of Excellence toolkit!

There is also a Power Apps Makers Connector that would allow you to run a flow on a schedule that checked to see if the app had a change in version number. You would need to store the version somewhere to compare against.

Sadly these connectors have no triggers so a schedule or button flow is the only option.

An incredible shortcoming, leading to ignored requests and therefore loss of confidence in Power Apps overall.

Needs to be sorted, so co-owners or other users can simply be designated to receive the requests. The app developer is rarely the person responsible for business user management. Very clunky.
