I have a vertical container that contains two items a circle and tick icon. My container alignment is center. I want to place the tick icon over the circle but due to container it is placed next to next. How to place an icon over the other icon/image using container responsive design?

Icons/controls would be placed next to next vertically or horizontally in containers by design. So you will not be able to overlap the controls in a container. I think you could create a component to include the two overlapped icons and then add the component to the container:
