My company has experiencing problems trying to connect the Azure OpenAI resource to copilot studio. Since we are interested in using gpt4 and Copilot (as we know) uses the 3.5 version we need to link these two services.
Trying to provide some context:
we created an instance of azure openAI (in azure portal) in which we have connected (through azure AI search) a knowledge
we published the bot to copilot studio through the button on the upper right part (Deploy to)
landing on copilot studio we put the connection and all the information about the index in the conversation boosting topic
Even following some guides online we didn't reach any result, since the copilot doesn't recognize the knowledge from azure ai.
1. First of all, Test if you are getting responses in Azure Open AI chat playground. Verify your Search and index is built
2. In Copilot Studio, verify if Generative Answers node is connected to Azure Open AI. Verify your model and other settings in General and Content data tabs
3. Check if the 'content' field is added in Generative Answers Data Sources -> Edit -> Connection Properties -> Model data -> Content data. If not, add 'content' manually
