Enhanced search results option is not available

I am facing issue as Enhance Search option is not enabled on My Id however the others are able to see the options in the same Tenant.

What can be the reason for this? if anybody can help.

usually, when you don't see some options, it's related to the role that you have on the environment, so the probable cause lies in it.

Hi,

I don't understand your question... What do you mean when you say "Enhance Search option is not enabled on My Id"? Do you mean that option is not visible to you and is visible to others?

As this article by Microsoft mentions: This feature requires that the agent shares a tenant with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license

This means that in your tenant, you need at a minimum, 1 Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

Your user account may not have the required license or role assigned to access this feature. This feature requires that the agent shares a tenant with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
