    Can you share a bit more details about this issue? 
    - Are you unable to add a Jira action as a tool, or is one of these actions faulty within an existing setup. A screenshot of the issue/error would be useful.
    - In which region is the environment located which is hosting your agent?
    - Have you been able to reproduce this in another agent, or is this issue occurring in one agent only?
