Hello,
I am interested if there are licenses which cover Power Virtual Agents with that package since we want to use it only internally.

Just to confirm more clearly, I'm creating bot which will be deployed only to Teams as a channel but the bot will invoke flows (To talk to web app + insert / update record in Dataverse) in this case do i need to purchase tenant level license for PVA (2000 session license). I'm using copilot studio to build bot not creating with in teams.

If you have an Office 365 E3 license, you can enable the Power Virtual Agents for Office 365 and use the chatbot inside the Microsoft Teams.
If you will use the Power Virtual Agents only in Teams, you don't need to pay any extra license.
