How to add a subheading to a form?

I'd like to add a subhead to my form. Basic layout is:

Heading

Bunch of fields

Subheading

Other fields

I can't seem to add a subheading at all. Can't get the data cards to move down and give me the space to insert a subhead.

Hi @ahohman

Add a blank custom card and move it into the form where you want the sub heading. You can then adjust the card to contain anything you want.

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to add a subhead into your Edit form?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the "Custom data card" within the Edit form could achieve your needs. On your side, you could consider add two "Custom data card" within your Edit form, then within each custom data card, add a Label control, set the Text property to following:

"Heading"
"SubHeading"

configure the custom data card as below:

Please consider take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.
