Bot is not showing in Built by your colleagues section in Teams

Chatbot was created in PVA but after publishing and sharing with my teams, bot is not showing in Built by your colleagues section in Teams. I am the Team owner. I can't open the bot too. Error is "You do not have permissions to install this app. Please contact your IT administrator for help". As this bot is for testing, the intent is not to share with my organization yet. Based on default permission policies, Microsoft apps are allowed and Power Virtual Agents, Shared Power Apps and Shared Power Virtual Agent Apps are allowed too.

What are the app policies or teams permissions it should have?

I think it has to do with your permissions on Your Teams Admin center. Login to Teams admin center and check your app policies. You can also consider raising a support ticket to MS Teams since its more of teams permission that PVA issues.
