Hi,
we've created a bot that will answer some questions on how users need to work with the different m365 tools.
Last week we published our bot to the admin for approval, since than it isn't responding any more (not for me and not for my coworkers), the bot is accessible through chat and shared url, but it doesn't respond. How can i debug this? If i test my BOT in the PVA studio it answers like i want 🙂
i'm not using premium connectors just a simple Q&A function
I'm experiencing the same issue, and it hasn't resolved itself yet. Additionally, I've observed that the conversation transcripts in Power Apps get updated after approximately an hour, but the updates never appear in Teams.
For some reason now it come back, take around 6 hours with no clue on what had happened.
I also have this problem with no bot responses. Normally it works every time however when I try to chat with it today it stops working. Is there anything to do with current release on team update. However, it still works on my test environment but not team publish environment. Currently update 24091.214.2846.1452.
Having same issue. I had a working published CoPilot which would access the sharepoint subfolder location I specified. I enabled the Microsoft Teams channel and after 2-3 days my direct Teams chat with the CoPilot would just stop responding, no greeting or anything. I have reinstalled the app and nothing worked. I deleted the CoPilot and rebuilt it a few days later and it worked again. After 2-3 days same issue, completly unresponsive. However after deleting the CoPilot again and starting from scratch I am unable to get it up and running again. I have not enabled the "Allow your users to add this bot to a team" in the Teams channel so all interactions were with the App in direct chats.
HI all, I have the same issue. Did anyone find solution on this? Please share with us.. Many thanks in advance!
I have the same issue. My other Copilot will respond just fine, but this one has gone silent.
What fixed it was disconnecting from Teams in Channels, then reconnecting. It must've been a connection issue.
@JeroenAdams - Can you please elaborate the solution? By GA you mean Global Administrator? Where can we find the allowed apps?
I am facing the same issue today. I have tried the following and doesnt seem to work
1. Tried Restart and Start over
2. Tried to Uninstall and Install the app again
3. Tried Re-publishing the app.
Can anyone please let me know a solution for this?
Hi @JeroenAdams one of my teammates also faced this issue. Do you happen to know the cause of this issue? How can it be prevented from happening again?
