I'm creating a power app application. I want this application to be accessed by only the members of my organization. How can I authenticate the users using Azure AD.

When you share your application you can specify only a set of users that will have access to your app so choose a group that only members of your organisation are part of.

Do you want to make only the users in the AAD access to your app?
I think @alaabitar is correct that you could specify some users who have access to your app in your security group.
However, I want to explain to you that all the users in your security group could have access to your app once you share the app with the whole group.
Currently, within most of Microsoft Cloud services, it uses Azure Active Directory (Azure AD, Microsoft's cloud identity service) as the authentication way. Except for some extra user for guest users, Power Apps app is available for members in your organization by default when you share it with your organization.
