Text field must become compulsory to complete based on dropdown selection

Hi,

I have a dropdown with 5 variables from SharePoint list : Prospect; Started; In Progress; Completed and Lost.

On the selection of "completed" I want a text field to become compulsory to complete. Users must be forced to enter a customer number. If the other 4 is selected it must NOT become compulsory. Only if "completed" is selected.

How do I connect these two to?

Thanks

    Just put this in the Required field for the textinput.

    As its a condition it will turn to true when the condition is met and wrong when it isn't(Basically a boolean). exactly what you wan't for your Textinput

    Dropdown.SelectedtText.Value="Completed"

    Thank you ,this seems to work but I see that I can select completed but it doesn't force user to enter a customer number ,can submit without customer number ,I can see the data on SharePoint list while testing. The customer number will be a number only and no text ,I changed the format on the text input to number. Users should not be able to submit without BP ID completed.

    You can put an if statement in the button they use to send the information.

    if(dropdown.SelectedText.Value=“Completed” And IsBlank(TextInput), displaymode.disabled, displaymode.edit)
