read all environment roles for environments with CDS

I tought, I received a simple task when I had to create a list for all our environments and all users with an admin role in those environments.

However, it looks like that both the Power Automate action "List Environment Role Assignments" and the PowerShell Get-AdminPowerAppEnvironmentRoleAssignment command can only return this information for non-CDS environments.

So, here I am, please help me, how can I get this info (PowerShell, Flow, Rest API, doesn't matter, anyhow).

Since versión July 2023 of the CoE Starter Kit includes a table "Environment Security Role Permission" where you can see this information.

The COE toolkit is using flows, so there must be a way to get this information somehow.

CoE Starter Kit does this via reading data from the Dataverse tables per each environment. You can look at its flows "Admin | Sync Template v3 (Environment Properties)" and "SYNC HELPER - Get Security Role Users" for the logic used in getting the security role assignment information.
