When I'm in a topic and the user makes an input that the bot doesn't understand, then I always get the message:"Sorry, I didn't understand."
I can't find the text in any topic or anywhere else. Is it possible to customize this text?

If not checked already could you please check the Question behavior inside the Question properties?
@canubis , I guess this is a "classic" bot. Am I right? If yes, then unfortunately you cannot modify this text. I would suggest converting this bot to a new version.

Yes it is the classic bot. I will converting my bot in the next days.
How can I customize the text then? This must be a standard text.
I think we don't write this text anymore in the new bots. If you want to have some text, you would need to modify "Retry prompt" property on the question.
