Is there a way to get the location and capacity of a meeting room?

Hello.

I am wondering is there any way to get more values from meeting rooms in PowerApps? When I use the GetRoomsV2() function I only get the address and name. I'm wondering if there are ways to get the location and capacity?

Thank you.

    Hi @Mgodby :

    Do you want to get the Capacity (Number of people) in a Room Resource within PowerApps app?

    If you want to get the Capacity (Number of people) in a Room Resource within PowerApps app using Office 365 connector, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs.

    Currently, within PowerApps, there is no way or functions supported from Office 365 connectors to get the Capacity (Number of people) of a specific Room resource.

    If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please consider submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

    In addition,there is a way to get the room location:

    Please try this code:

     AddColumns(
     Office365Outlook.GetRooms().value,
     "location",
     Office365Users.UserProfile(Address).OfficeLocation
     )

     Best Regards,

     Bof

    Is it still not possible to obtain the room capacity yet?
    I am looking to roll out Room Booking for our Hospice and would be really useful to have this available.
    There is a video on Youtube by Bulb Digital where they do have this within the app but it lacks the detail of how to do it.
    Any help for a novice powerapps person would be warmly welcomed.

    Regards
    Mike

    @MikeHowarth in the comments, Bulb Digital mentions that he stored that information in a SharePoint list
