How to make stunning guis in my power apps

Hello everyone,

So far i have managed to create a few apps based on my company's needs but even though i reach the app goal regarding the functionality, the appearance is far off the desired level.

Is there any training that focus also on that part and start creating better visualized apps also? I post you an example of one of my apps to have an idea.

For UI and UX improvements I would suggest following Kristine Kolodziejski, she has some great Youtube videos that you can follow to help understand how to improve your Power Apps UI.
