    Hello,

currently, it's not possible for an agent created in Copilot Studio to work with attachments. You could try to search Dataverse tables and find the table which stores them and then use content.value or name to search for it, but I'm not sure if it's worth a while - they'll introduce this feature sooner or later. We'd need to wait a while for the feature to be fully available.

In the meantime I'd suggest to use M365 Copilot for working with various attachments. :-)

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

I am trying to do the same thing. Copilotstudio *does* allow attachments now - maybe this is new - and I can detect the event of the attachment and see the same as the OP.

Screenshot is from the test console in Copilot Studio

For whatever reason I'm not seeing the name or thumbnailurl attributes like the OP is, but I'm not worried about those - I just want to pass the actual attachment through to a PA flow.

@Artur Stepniak any updated thoughts on this?

    Hello,

you can try to use it, but I'm afraid it's still in development, so it's still risky to use on prod environment. If you like to test, you can try, but I won't guarantee you any success. :D
