Hello Community,
I need your help please!
I'm creating an App from a Template and I am a real novice when it comes to setting the flow run parameters,
The App is asking me for the following information, which I don't know where to find it from and wondered if anyone can help me.

I can't find anything on the ID and the HR Email is set OnStart of the App

The ItemID, is the ID output on the Get Items actions within the Flow, which I've also taken from a template

Can anyone help me please?
Thank you
Claire

    In your flow on 'HREmail' step you have entered Ask in powerapps

    @zmansuri
    Yes that is correct, The Power App and Flow are from Templates, so when I imported the information this is what I have but I still need to configure the Parameters and this is where I need assistance from the community.

    Regards

    What do you want to achieve? What does this flow should do?

    @zmansuri
    In the original post I sent a screen shot asking for help on the parameters.
    I took this template from @RezaDorrani latest video and now I'm trying to build the application in my environment, but as mentioned I am a novice when it comes to the parameters of the flow and wanted some assistance to try and fix this issue.

    Kind regards

    Claire

    I understand your concern. I meant what functionality you are trying to achieve with this flow. Because itmID is not the output OF 'get items' but an input parameter for 'get item'.

    Your flow expects you to provide Sharepoint ID  and HREmail from PowerApps. i can see from your picture that you have stored HREmail in a variable. but you have to pass itemid too in the flow to run.

    let' say you store the id in a variable 'varID' so your code would be.

    Run(varID,HRManagerEmail)

    'get item' will fetch the record that you have provided in 'varID'
