I’ve successfully created my chatbot using Copilot Studio, and it’s functioning well. I’d now like to embed it as a popup bubble on both a SharePoint site and a WordPress website. How can I achieve this? Also, is it only possible to implement this feature if authentication is turned off?
If your bot is internally used, then you need authentication turned on (its required), which means you cannot post it to public sites that do not need it as its a conflict. Either duplicate it, or.. I am hoping in the future its possible do this, but not today (that I am aware of)
As for being a bubble... I am unaware of that either as an existing feature.
