My bot has no picture in the conversation

Hello everyone,

I created my currently active bot, but despite updating the settings in copilot studio, my bot still has no picture in the conversation (the "bubble" remains blue) :

Howerver I posted one ine parameters :

Do you know why it does'nt appears in the conversation ?

NB : I used the default picture first, and it was the same problem.

Hi AmelieS,

We should carefully choose our image that supports the Copilot standards.

Generally it is specified as below.

The icon should be in PNG format and less than 30 KB in size.

I have myself re designed the icons according to the bot and with some trial and error i was able to bring it.

I verified my downloded picture and it seems the image is OK :

I don't get an error when I download the image, but there could still be a problem with it ?

Seems quite straight forward and i haven't seen any challenges. Perhaps try 32 * 32 PNG file

After updating your copilot's icon, it may take up to 24 hours for the new icon to appear everywhere.

Hi @SummitKumar, thanks for your help.

I used a 32x32 pixels image, hope it works this time.

My bot is directly integrated into my website, I wait a bit to see if it works.
