Inside new Dynamics 365 Sales App When I'm using Relevance Search or I open a recent row, I need to open the entire form with columns and not only a minimal quick form with only editable notes.
How to remove quick form in order to see the entire main form with editable fields/columns?
This doc doesn't help me:

Not sure which form you are refering can you please share me the snapshot. Because if we are using Relevance search or Recent Record it will open the Main form only.

No solution to open the main form...no button, no link to open to the main form...only quick view form available

For disabling Quick View Form.
Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com
Click Gear Icon at the top
Click Advance Settings
Click Settings then Customization
Then Customize the system then Expand Entities then Click the Entity name and UNTICK ALLOW QUICK CREATE
Then Save and Publish
That's it 🙂

What if I want to keep the quick forms for Web Desktop and disable them only for the mobile Sales App?
