Lookup attachments in a Canvas App

I've created a canvas app and I've placed a form on it. I am able Patch/update attachments to my list and I'm able to look attachments up, however I'm not able to open the attachments from my PowerApp.

Here is my formula:

First(Filter (DrugInfo,DrugID=ID)).Attachments.Value
 
I have the Display mode set to Edit
I get a 'Couldn't download - Download Error' when I try to open the attachment.

LookUp( DrugInfo, DrugID = ID ).Attachments.AbsoluteUri
