I have an SQL database connected to powerapps and I have added an Edit Form. At this time the database is empty, I want to add new data through the powerapp but when i preview my app nothing is displayed.
I'm guessing im missing something simple but can't seem to find what it is. Any help would be much appreciated

There is an option in PowerApps to automatically create an app based on your data source. That app contains 3 screens for browsing, viewing and editing data. The app has an edit form in one of the screens. Consider creating an app like that based on your SQL table to get an idea on how the edit form is wired up.
