Hi,
Is it possible to give access to a Power App form to someone that is external and not part of the corporation (e.g.; works for another company)?
Thank you,
Joe
Hello, @jkniffen , yes it is possible through Azure B2B. Check this documentation for more infromation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app-guests

Thank you sir for your help. Is your suggestion the only solution? I just want to allow an external user to fill out a form and submit after I give them a link. Nothing more.
@jkniffen, Unfortunately this is the only solution for them to access a Canvas PowerApps. You can build Power Pages (Portals) and give access to External Users but it is also not free but cheaper than PowerApps Canvas.
Another solution is to use Microsoft Forms if you only using the PowerApps forms to collect data and then save the Microsoft Form responses into any data source you are using to be used later in your PowerApps integration.
Thank you again for your help sir. I tried the MS Forms solution and it works! 😊
@jkniffen, always happy to help 🙂
