Hi All,

I was looking at the Report

And looking to the Callers Id I noticed there are many that start with 00000--000000, so I think are Microsoft internal Service Accounts.

I was wondering, are those operations counted in the requests limit for non licensed users?

I read in the documentation and I didn't see anything about it, so I am a bit confused about that.

Thanks a million guys !!

    Hi @Alduzzen1985,

It's hard to say without knowing which accounts and what operations are being performed.

If the operations are triggered by normal operations such as CRUD, workflows, plugins, etc, the count towards usage. If the operations are internal to the platform, they are not counted towards usage as per documentation
