Lookup - Get a SharePoint item as an object with properties

I am using the Lookup function to get a specific record from SharePoint, however, I'd like to store this item's details in an object in PowerApps form so I can get back to the item.Title or item.ID, how do we store the lookup function value in an object?

    @BrittanyR you can capture the details in a variable using Set(varLookpValue,{value})
