Power Virtual Agents Licensing question

Curious if someone can clear up some questions I have on Power Virtual Agents.

So in reviewing this documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/requirements-licensing) I see the following

To create and manage bots with Power Virtual Agents, you need:

  • A license for each user, also known as a "per user license."
  • A license for your organization, also known as a "tenant license."

I see that the "Tenant" license is $1000 per month and you get 2000 sessions. From the definition of the session it basically seems any time a PVA is engaged by a user thats 1 session.

So we have the tenant license at $1000, but then I see the add-on requirement "per user license" which is under the add-ons under billing on your tenant. In my test tenant these don't seem to have a price. Am I to assume I could request 1000 of these at no cost?

Now for a use case. Assuming I bought the $1000/month PVA tenant license, added the per user licenses add-ons for 20 users.

1) IT staff creates 200 PVA bots, I assume those bots share the pool of 2000 sessions and the 20 users I gave the "per user license" via add-ons are the only users that can hit those bots? Or does the "per users license" give you the ability to create a bot? and everyone in your tenant could use it for example within Teams?

2) if an organization has 200 bots and each have 10 interactions (sessions) would that max out the 2000 sessions?

3) I assume there is a pricing model to add on to the 2000 sessions? Any information on that?

Sorry if I seem a bit dense here but does a session equal a query, so 2000 queries/questions to the bot would use up the quota?

    1) User license is free.  So in short you only need a user author license to create a bot and use its connector. Anyone without a license can access the bot. As stated on the website "Users of your bot don't need a special license. After you publish your bot, anyone who can access where you published the bot can interact with the bot."

    2) Yes. All the bots will use from the Tenant quota which is default 2000 sessions per tenant.

    3) There is a capacity Add-on that will add 1000/Sessions for 450$/Month
