I'd like to use "AAD-Office-Groups" Teams or "AAD-Security Group" Teams as record owner on tables, in order to grant the members of these groups the permissions to write into these records.
Unfortunately I can only assign "Owner" Teams directly to the Owner column on those records. Furthermore it is not possible to define a "AAD-Office-Groups" Team or "AAD-Security Group" Team as a member of a "Owner" Team.
So how do I implement such a scenario? We just want to avoid, having to maintain all "Owner" Team Members manually.
Do I have to set up a sync of the member between the "AAD-Office-Groups" Teams or "AAD-Security Group" and the corresponding "Owner" Team? Or is there another way to achieve this?
You are not limited to Owner teams as the owner of records, that is just the default view that the Owner field gives you. Try hitting the Assign button and searching for your team. AAD office and security groups will both be available to you.
