Power Apps editor is lagging and got super slow and unusable

I have some Power Apps in different tenants and in the past few weeks the Power Apps editor got unusable. I am using SharePoint integrated Power Apps forms. It is so slow, just to copy and paste or drag and drop an item on the canvas takes 4-5 seconds. It is literally unusable, just to rearrange some labels and input controls on the canvas now takes several minutes, which used to be a few seconds sort of task.

I am using the same machine, my CPU is at 10%, my memory is not even 50% used (32 gigs of memory).

I tried both the new and the old engine, in both of the cases I experience this extreme lagging when I copy, drag and drop or make similar simple operations. This is very frustrating.

Anyone had any solution for this issue? Anyone experienced the same?

do you have any other tabs open that might be leveraging a lot of memory? You can check the health of the brother and memory etc usage.

Also, can you either try with another browser, or at least close all browsers period, reboot, then go incognito and try again.

I closed other browsers, tried Chrome and Edge, nothing helps, simply the edit of objects and drag and drop of objects got super slow lately. Unusably slow. My memory usage is not even at 50%. I also tried reboot, incognito, etc. looks like that something got super suboptimal with the editor and as I researched, I am not the only one, people also posted this on other forums, such as Reddit.

I've found in recent weeks that the editor locks up when renaming controls. Tab locks up completely. If I wait long enough, it may unlock, but usually the browser alerts me and asks if I want to kill it.
