Copilot unable to read public website anymore

Hi All
 
I created a virtual agent using copilot and was working very well.
I added a comprehensive set of prompts and I tested it multiple times both on the web demo and in Teams. 
I was very happy with the result I got. So much so that I asked some colleagues to have a look.
Now that I have granted them access to this virtual agent it turns out it does not work.
I do not know why since I had not changed anything. It reads the data from the exact same website and I haven't done any changes. I am the only admin.
It gets one or two questions right and then it starts to ask me to rephrase my questions. Questions that I have asked multiple times and have always been answered correctly.
What's going on??
