Hi, It seems like I am not the only one. We have developed a custom copilot using Copilot Studio and deployed it in Teams. The chatbot was working very well but it stopped working this morning.
The chatbot is pulling the knowledge from a SharePoint Folder with 5302 documents. We are using authentication
We have a system error message. we had not changed any parameter today. i don't know how to fix this issue.
We have a ticket opened with Microsoft regarding this issue.
We were able to duplicate the issue with them and provide logs.
We have found that if you add the Copilot to a Canvas App, it functions correctly and that is our work around for now.
