Creation "Plugin actions" - causes copilot to show error (when adding Dataverse actions)

Whenever, i add a "Plugin actions" - get the following error message:

 

Something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: 2a684349-37d0-45f9-90a6-a7ed0f3da1a7. Time (UTC): 2/28/2024 5:38:19 PM.

 

Has anybody got the Plugin action working on their environments?
