Editing CSS of a form

I have a form with 100 fields, and all of them are optional, so the user may just want to enter 1 of them and submit the form, but the submit button is all the way at the bottom of the form after 100 fields, is there a way to edit the CSS of the form and make the submit and captcha have a sticky property? i.e. They should stay in the bottom centre of the screen so the user can easily do the captcha and submit instead of having to scroll down to the bottom?

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

You can adjust the form button with JS and move it around.

If you inspect the form, eg. Entity Form then the button will be in the <div class="actions"> block
