Opening a new email in outlook from an email address in a data table

I have a data table in powerapps that is connected to a sharepoint list of contact details.

Is there a way of selecting an email address from a data table to then open a blank email in the outlook desktop app to be sent to the contact that was selected?

The text in the email column is set as a hyperlink.

Launch("mailto:" & DataTableName.Selected.Email)

Thank you for your response, this does then open mail, when selected, it wants to open the web version of outlook and not the desktop version.

Is there a way of changing the version of outlook that is being opened?
