Refresh Javacript file when I move solution to another environment

I get this JS error when I move solution to another environment. UciError: Required parameter is null or undefined: handler.
 
How would I refresh my javascript file on the form onload event in the MDA to stop this error pop up? Because I can't add a version to the script tag to force an refresh in power automate.
