In the metadata if you use the Label field (what you usually use if you want a different label than what is on the form) believe you can wrap it in HTML  Alternatively use JQuery on the form to reformat the Label of the field.

    Hi @Jeff_ccs

In addition, using advanced form attribute metadata you can show a long text or URL however you like.

    Here are the high-level steps.

    1. Edit the advanced form > switch to classic mode

    2. Choose any field where you want to display a description

    3. Under Home menu > Choose "Change Properties"

    4. Uncheck the "Display Label on the form"

    5. Add your desired description in the "Description field"

    6. Click OK. Hit save and publish and close the form

    In Portal management

    1. Advanced form > Choose your form > Advanced form steps

    2. Releated > Metadata > New Advanced form metadata

    3. Choose the field (Ex: last name) from your first step where you have added description

    4. Under Description/ instructions > Choose "yes"

    5. Under Position > Choose "Attribute description property" > Yes

    6. Hit Save and close

    ------------
    In Pages studio

    1. Pres sync configuration and preview the website. And press "Ctrl+F5"

    Output:

NB: You can add any length of description here. But hyperlink is not clickable.

Please follow the instructions from @Fubar use javascript/jquery to make the link active.

Tip: you can shorten the URL and allow your user to navigate by right click the URL and clicking go to. This is part of the training

    Hope it helps.

In Raga's Portal Management App - Step 5 - If you choose "No" you can put your text and a HTML <a> tag in the resulting Description box.
